A. Standard information on the conditions of revocation

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WeKady Golf Europe, 7 allée Métis 35430 ST MALO, FRANCE, email: contact@wekady.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you simply need to send the declaration of exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, low-cost delivery option), immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to test their condition, properties and functioning.
